DAY 02: Your Favorite Movie...

A much easier decision than my favorite song, let me tell you! I'm under the belief that not many people know about this movie, but I could be wrong. To try to sum up why I love this movie, it's because I love EVERYTHING about it! The cast is amazing; each person plays & fits their role perfectly and it helps that Dermot Mulroney, Rachel McAdams, and Diane Keaton are in it (some of my all-time favorites). The movie touches upon grief (illness), love, large family life (something I've always been fascinated with), the love between siblings, doing things outside of the safety net of routine, dancing to a "hairbrush in hand" type song, etc. I think every situation in the film is done with grace and a touch of reality that a lot of movies do not bother to think of for the normal everyday person that watches these films. It makes me cry, laugh, think of love, and all of the above. I simply just love it, and think there is nothing I've found that is quite like it...
